When people visit and do not call, change the first screen before you buy more traffic. The visit already happened. The page did not give them a reason or a way to start. More clicks onto that page repeat the same silence.
Look at the first screen on a phone
The service and the city should be visible without scrolling. The phone number should be tappable. There should be one obvious next step, not three buttons of the same size. If a chat bubble covers the number, move it.
Then look at the promise
Read the headline as a stranger. If it could belong to any company, rewrite it to the job and the area. Put one proof line under it: a review, a recent neighborhood, or how soon you can come. Remove a slideshow that delays the number.
Check that the path works
Call the number yourself. Submit the form. If either fails, that is the whole problem. If both work and people still leave, the offer may be unclear or the page may be answering a different job than the ad or the search that sent them. Match the headline to the ad and to the search phrase.
Call your own page before you change the ads
When visits do not turn into calls, use the page the way a stranger would. Tap the number. If it does not dial, or it dials a tracking number nobody answers, that is the fix. Submit the form and see whether the reply arrives while you are still holding the phone. Open the page at night and on a weekend if those are hours you claim to cover.
Change one thing, then watch for a week: the headline, the button, or the number of fields. Changing the photos, the menu, and the offer on the same day makes it impossible to know what helped. More ad spend on a page that cannot complete a call just buys more of the same silence.
